John is an
IT and Human Systems Specialist with 10 years of professional
experience.
From 2005
to 2009, John was a Client Program Manager and Branch IT support
specialist for Adecco Staffing, the largest employment leasing and
contracting companies in the world and one of the largest in the United
States. He was charged with bridging the gap between internal staffing
support and client and customer needs for some of Adecco’s largest
corporate clients, including Nike and Amazon.com. He designed,
developed and managed IT projects which helped to improve on-site
performance and monitoring, and which provided significant improvements
in customer service response times.
Prior to
going to Adecco, John was an IT specialist for Stream International in
Oregon, designing and implementing many of Stream International’s
internal functions and customer support systems. From 1996 to 2002,
John was an IT Support Specialist for Intel Corporation where he
developed emergency response protocols and managed systems projects
throughout the company.
John has
been with CNDG for the past two years working as a builder and scripter
and as the overall Operations Manager and Project Management
Coordinator, building timelines to enable prompt attention to client
needs and organizing work-flow effectively.
John has a
B.S. in Psychology, and an MBA in HR Management, and is a Certified
Human Resources Professional.
